Research interest
My expertise is in planning and management of resources and organizational processes, with a particular emphasis on people. I have experience in large scale research projects management, especially with Genome Canada. That allows me to support the project and the researchers in coordinate the project and reach expected goals.
My role in the project is both linked to finances and scientific follow-up and coordination. I’m in charge of the financial aspects, of the coordination of legal and financial activities with universities and partners, as well as the relation with Genome Quebec. I also manage administrative activities, meetings with the project committees, follow up on the projects achievements and I facilitate communications.
